Abstract
The political legitimacy has great relation to the lasting of political order. During the period of social transition, some developing countries, including China, have met with many problems and challenges. These problems result from various reasons, but the most important one is the jam of political communication. Therefore, political communication plays a critical role for political legitimacy. Political communication relates itself closely with political system, political culture and governmental effectiveness, so it is a complicated project to build and improve political communication system, requiring institution protection and cultural support.
