Abstract
[Objective]To explore the effect and prognostic evaluationof nursing intervention on patients with bronchial asthma.[Methods]133 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into the control group(65 cases) and the intervention group(68 cases). The control group was given the normal treatment and nursing, and the intervention group received the nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group. The compliance, pulmonary function indexes, relapse rate and score of life quality were compared between the two groups.[Results]After nursing intervention, the complete compliance of the intervention group was 77.9%,which was higher than that of the control group(58.5%) significantly(P 0.05).The relapse rate of the intervention group was 45.6%,which was lower than that of the control group(72.3%) significantly(P 0.05).The pulmonary function indexes and score of life quality in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P 0.01).[Conclusion]The nursing intervention can increase the compliance of patients with bronchial asthma, improve pulmonary function, reduce the relapse rate and enhance the life quality.
