Treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase with therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 30 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of Huoxuetongfu Formula on cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase.Method All patients with cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase(n=60) were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30) and control group(n= 30).The control group was treated with the synthesis therapy of Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with selfmade Huoxuetongfu Formula based on the same treatment as the control group.A therapeutic course was 15 days.Result The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the curative effect between two groups.The improvement of the neurological functional deficit score was much better in the treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusion Huoxuetongfu Formula accompanied by Western routine treatment has a reliable curative effect on cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase.
