Combining Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 38 cases of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract

[Objective]To observe the combined chinese and western medicine treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.[Method]73 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group (A group):35 cases,using western medicine dehydrating agent control intraeranial pressure, management of blood pressure,prevention of complications,support the symptomatic treatment;in the combination therapy group (B group):38 cases,Western medicine treatment with the A group,acute phase of XNJI intravenous infusion,recovery of oral Buyanghuanwu decoction.The average course of treatment 28 days to assess the efficacy and treatment groups were compared.[Results]A,B group,the total effective rate was 74%, 95%,the total effective difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05).[Conclusion]Western medicine and traditional chinese medicine the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage an effective manner.
