Abstract
Five pairs of specific primers were designed according to the published sequences of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2),porcine parvovirus (PPV),pseudorabies virus (PRV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and classical swine fever virus (CSFV) in GenBank. The single PCR of PCV2,PPV,PRV,PRRSV and CSFV was established, and the fragments of DNA amplification appeared in 466 bp,759 bp,349 bp,202 bp and 706 bp,respectively. Based on the optimized single PCR conditions, the multiplex PCR of PCV2-PPV-PRV-PRRSV-CSFV was developed. It provided a rapid, sensitive and specific detection technique for the prevention and control of PCV2,PPV,PRV,PRRSV and CSFV infection.
