A Survey on the Establishment of the Psychological Contract Relationship

Abstract

From a certain view of point,there exist s a general contract between the employee and the enterprise.The contract reflects the interests between the two parties as well as the psychological interaction among them.The enterprise should make the contract better,furthermore they should take effective ways to strengthen the psychological contract with the employees.Through the joint efforts,the sustainable core competency in the enterprise can be realized.
