Empirical Study on the relation of the Industrial Structure and Economic Development of Shaanxi Province

The relation between the industrial structure and economic development of shaanxi prorince is analyzied by the in-dustrial ecomomic theory.The result is that with the increase of personal GDP in Shaanxi province since 1978,the proportion of the primary industry decreases by logarithms;the proportion of the secondary industry is not related;and the proportion of the tertiary industry increases by logarithms.Combining the relation between the proportion of three industries structure and personal GDP,the measures that optimize the industrial structure and promote economic development of Shaanxi province are put forward,which are firstly taking the secondary industry as the core to optimize the industrial structure of Shaanxi province,and secondly developing Guanzhong nucleated area in order to radiate Shannan and Shanbei peripheral area.
