Abstract
[Objective] To establish the capillary column gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 17 organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetable. [Methods] After making vegetable to slurry, distilling mixed solvent, purifying solid phase extraction pole, detected by DM-5 capillary column and flame photometric detector. [Results] In com-parison with conventional methods, the detection limits raised, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.3%-9.9%, re-covery was 83.5%-105.7%, the minimum detection limit of the method was 0.025-0.098 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and can meet the needs for simultaneous detection of organophosporous pesticide residues.
