Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticides in edible fungi by solid phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography. Methods The sample was ground and extracted with acetonitrile and then purified through the Carbon / NH2 solid phase extraction column, separated with DB-1701 capillary column and finally detected with flame photometric detector. Results The 18 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides showed good linearity( r 0. 996),and the detection limit was 0. 01 mg / kg ~ 0. 05 mg / kg. The recovery of the method was 78. 9% ~ 94. 1% with the relative standard deviations of 2. 3% ~ 6. 2%. Conclusion The method is accurate and precise and it can be applied to determine organophosphorous pesticides in edible fungi.
