Consideration on Development of Chinese Fishery in the New Period

The development status and problems of Chinese fishery were analyzed in this paper:the water body pollution was led by the non-scientific cultivation of Chinese fishery;the quality of aquatic products were affected by the high density of cultivation and overuse medicine;the over-fishing to fishery resources result in reduction of fish diversity and decline of fishery resources;mariculture lack scientific planning.The countermeasures were also promoted:changing notion of development,making a scientific planning and developing rationally;finding a sustainable development way for fishery by induct TAC、IQ、ITQ system;developing characteristic fishery and ensuring the increasing income for fishermen;protecting entironment and developing the recreational fishery;encouraging technical innovation to promote the development of fishery;protecting the diversity of fishery resources by establish related laws and regulations;implementing scientific cultivation to improve the quality of aquatic products and branding strategy in fishery.
