The clinical study on hypertension patients with heart rate variability

Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV) and hypertension.Methods HRV time domain analysis.Methods 102 hypertension patients were monitored by 24 hours ambulatony electrocardiogram.The result of analysis were compared with that of 100 health persosn.Results compared with 100 health persons,SDNN.SDANN.SDN.Index.rMSSD and HRV in hypertension patients are lower than those of health persons.(P0.01).Conclusion The decrease of heart rate variability of hypertension patients showed the fuctions of autonomic nerve is damaged.
