The Correlation of Heart Rate Deceleration Force and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Hypertension Combination with CHD

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the correlation of heart rate deceleration force( DC) and heart rate variability( HRV) in patients with hypertension combination with coronary heart disease. Method: 81 cases of patients with hypertension combination with coronary heart disease( study group) and 80 healthy volunteers( control group) were monitored by DC and HRV. Result: The results showed that the DC of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P 0.05. The SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 of the HRV of the study group were all significantly lower than those of the control group,all P 0.05. And there was positive correlation between the two groups of the SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 of the HRV,all P 0.05. Conclusion: There's positive correlation of DC and HRV for patients with hypertension combination with coronary heart disease and which could be used as treatment based on collaboration.
