Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinic efficacy of montelukast on midrange asthma.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria 30 midrange asthma patients involved in this trial treat and received the treatment of montelukast for 4 weeks.The clinic efficacy of montelukast was judged.Results: There was statistically significant amelioration between pre-treatment and post-treatment with regard to the percentage of the number of the symptomless day,the score of the asthma symptom,the peak expiratory flow(PEF),and the puff number of the salbutamol of the day and the night(P0.01).Conclusion: Montelukast can effectively treat midrange asthma.operative.
