Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the efficacy and safety of combind azintamide plus mosapride in treatment of gastrointestinal diseases-associated dyspepsia in aged patients.[Methods]A total of 128 elderly patients with gastrointestinal diseases-associated dyspepsia were enrolled in this study. They were randomly allocated into treatment group(n=66,treatment group was treated with combined azintamide tablet combined with mosapride tablet)and control group(n=62,control group was treated with mosapride tablet only)for 4weeks,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.[Results]After 4weeks treatment, the clinical study showed that the curative effect of treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P0.01).No servere drug side effect was noted during the treatment course.[Conclusion]Treating aged patients with gastrointestinal diseases-associated dyspepsia by using combined azintamide and mosapride has a better therapeutic effect.
