RESEARCH PROGRESSION OF PROGNOSTIC CORRELATED FACTORS OF CERVIX CARCINOMA

Abstract

Cervix carcinoma is the second commonest tumor in women globally,second only to breast carcinoma in incidence.Similar to other tumors,the carcinogenesis of cervix carcinoma is the result of multi-step and multi-gene process.With the widespread of cervix carcinoma,great improvements have been made and attention has been paid to its development.However,there are also some patients whose therapeutic efficacy is not promising,the recurrence rate is very high and the five year survival rate is very low.Many complex factors are correlated with biological behaviors of cervix carcinoma and influence the prognosis of patients.This review focuses on clinical pathological factors and molecular biological parameters correlated with the prognosis of cervix carcinoma.
