Abstract
In this paper,the author evaluates the technology innovation efficiency of the large and medium industrial enterprises in china with BCC model in DEA.This paper discusses the regional technology innovation efficiency difference by comparing each province、eastern、middle and western areas.And then takes Beijing as an example,decomposing the technical efficiency into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,to find out the causes of inefficiency and adjustment direction.It provides the making-decision reference for enhancing the technology innovation efficiency of the whole country.
