Abstract

The paper evaluates the technology innovation efficiency of the large and medium industrial enterprises in China with BCC model in DEA during the period of 2003-2010.The paper discusses the regional technology innovation efficiency difference,finds out the causes of inefficiency and adjustment direction,and then has a test of convergence,which provides the making-decision reference for enhancing the technology innovation efficiency of the whole country.
