Abstract

The talent training strategies in new local undergraduate colleges are to establish the practical talent training system and guarantee the training quality with the building of double-professionally-titled teaching staff, the construction of teaching facilities as a foundation, the combination of moral education and professional training as a necessity, the implementation of accountability policy as a guarantee, the cooperation with enterprises as an effective method, and the integration of multiple teaching and testing patterns, school administration, teaching quality monitoring, comfortable campus environment and appropriate cultural atmosphere as a comprehensive support.
