Abstract

【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tiopionin combined with Diammonium Glycurrhizinate on liver injury caused by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) in liver carcinoma.【Methods】 80 patients with liver carcinoma, who suffered from liver injury after TACE operation were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with 0.2 g Tiopionin and 150 mg Diammonium Glycurrhizinate daily by intravenous drip. The control group was given 150 mg Diammonium Glycurrhizinate daily by intravenous drip. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 10 days.【Results】 The response rate of the treatment group was 90.5%,which was statistically significant(P 0.05) compared with control group. At the end of treatment, the levels of TBIL,ALT and AST were more declined in treatment group than control group.【Conclusions】 Combined therapy with Tiopionin and Diammonium Glycurrhizinate has good efficacy and safety on liver injury caused by TACE operation.
