Abstract
Ni-Cu-P coating on Q235 steel was prepared by electroless plating. The effects of heat treatment on microstructure, phase, and erosion and corrosion resistance of the coating were examined by means of SEM,XRD,electrochemical corrosion test and erosion test. The results show that Ni3 P phase precipitates and Ni-Cu solid solution forms in the Ni-Cu-P coating after heat treatment. The corrosion and erosion resistance of the coating after heat treatment is superior to that of the as-plated one,and the optimum process is obtained based on experiment, which is heat-treated at 300 ℃ for 1 h.
