On Quality Enhancement of the Administrative Cadres at Middle Level in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The present situation and the future of the colleges and universities mostly depend on the quality,ability,standard and the spirit of the cadres. This paper explores and discusses the existing problems of the quality of the administrative cadres at middle level in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the cadres qualities.
