Abstract

Objective To study the methods and efficacy of bronchial artery embolization minimal invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis so as to improve the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods 56 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and the experimental group was given bronchial artery embolization treatment. The efficacy and the incidence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%, higher than that of the control group; the difference was statically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of complications, the difference was not statically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Bronchial artery embolization minimal invasive has a better efficacy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, and its incidence of complications is low, so it is a kind of effective treatment measure.
