Abstract

One of the important research focuses of modern Chinese water conservancy history is about water conservancy figures,among which Lin Zexu,Li Yizhi,Zhang Jian,Zhou Fu,Sun Zhongshan are representatives.The concerned research also emphasizes the regional water conservancy which mainly includes the water conversancy of the Yellow River,the Yangtze River,the Huai River and the provincial rivers.Besides,the previous research also touches water conservancy technologies,water conservancy projects,farmland irrigation construction,water conservancy environment and economy,disputes over water conservancy and so on.The paper studies the existing shortcomings of the researches done before,and finds out that these inadequacies mainly concern research contents,research methods and research data.
