Abstract

A Harmonious society is essentially the one ruled by law,democracy and rule of law should be the embodiment of a harmonious society.Meanwhile,democracy and rule of law is the cornerstone of,the prerequisite for and guarantee of building a harmonious society.From the current need of building a harmonious society,there are still some prevailing problems to be resolved concerning the construction of democracy and rule of law.
