Discussion on the Current Situation and Improvemnent of Performance Management in Public Hospitals

Carrying out the hospital performance management has a very strong practical guiding significance to scientifically evaluate hospital development results, improve the quality of medical services and assurance of medical security, and regulate medical behavior. In recent years, more and more hospitals have carried out the performance management, and achieved some results, which have promoted the development of the hospital in a certain extent. However, there were still quite a few problems in the implementation of the performance management, and produce some negative results, which seriously affected the development of the hospital. In this paper, starting with the concept of hospital performance management and the existing problems currently, some measures to improve the hospital performance management were put forward.
