Effect of Psychological Nursing on Psychologic Health of Patients with Maintaining Hemodialysis

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effects of psychological nursing on psychologic health of patients with maintaining hemodialysis.Methods:The selected eighty-six patients with maintaining hemodialysis were divided into two groups,forty-nine patients treated with psychological nursing,thirty-seven patients treated with normal nursing of hemodialysis.The grade of HAMD and SF-36 were compared at the beginning and after 12 weeks.Results:The grade of HAMD in the psychological group decreased(P0.01) and SF-36 increased (P0.05) significantly.Conclusion:Psychological nursing may do good to the psychological health of patients with maintaining hemodialysis.
