Abstract
Objective: To investigate the psychological characteristics of uremic patients in long-term hemodialysis and care points.Methods: Psychological changes of 68 cases of hemodialysis patients were retrospectively analyzed from July 2007 to July 2010 in Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital to sum up the experience of the psychological nursing intervention.Results: There were some psychological problems in 68 patients in different levels,including 25 cases of fear and anxiety,19 cases of pessimism and despair,24 cases of depression.Conclusion: For hemodialysis patients over more than one year,through health education and the psychological care,a good doctor-patient relationship can not only be established,but can enhance the confidence of patients,as a result,the quality of patients' clinical hemodialysis and better clinical results will be also achieved.
