Studies on Extracting Methods of Shenyuan Tablet

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction procedure of Shenyuan tablet.Method: The proper extracting condition was optimized with the amount of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and tetrahydropalmatine as indexes by single-factor and orthogonal tests.Result: The optimum extraction conditions were 8 times alcohol for 2 frequencies while 2 h per frequency.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is simple,stable and feasible.
