Abstract
Objective:To determine three flavonoids,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compoundⅠ),quercitrin (compound Ⅱ),butein-4-methoxyl-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound Ⅲ) in aerial parts of Bidens ceruna. Methods:Separation was carried out on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% acetic acid) with gradient elution (0-30 min,16∶84;30-46 min,24∶76).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 at 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.Results:The linearity was in the range of 0.01-5.00 μg for compoundsⅠ-Ⅲ (r≥0.9992,n=8);The average recoveries (n=6) for compound Ⅰ-Ⅲ were 100.3%(RSD=2.0%),100.4%(RSD=1.8%) and 102.6%(RSD=1.9%) respectively. Conclusion:This method is accurate, reliable and sensitive for determination of three flavonoids in Bidens ceruna L.
