Abstract
This paper introduces a method of realization of the numeric controlled oscillator(NCO) used in quadrature digital mixer with the CORDIC(COordination Rotation DIgital Computer) algorithm based on vector rotation. Firstly, the principle of producing sine and cosine signal with CORDIC algorithms is given. And then a top-layer circuits structure of NCO in FPGA is presented.Finaly,a pipeline design is introduced according to the characteristic of the algorithm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
