Abstract
The new normal economic development brings the new opportunity for our agriculture and as well as the new challenge. Suiting the new normal economic development and realizing the rural development has become a new problem urgently needing solution in the countryside. Under such condition,realizing people's new countryside protrudes the strategic function of the agricultural talents in the development. How the colleges and universities encourage agricultural major students rooted in under the new normal condition becomes an important subject. This paper analyses the status quo of rural talents in the new normal condition and the factors influencing college students' employment in the and puts forward the approach of guiding agricultural major students rooted in countryside.
