Abstract

Parkinson′s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the central nervous system,of which the pathogenesis remains unclear to this day.This article reviews progresses of PD about its pathogenesis including pathomechanism,environmental factor,genetic factors,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,misfolding and aggregation of protein and so on.
