Abstract
Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the central nervous system of middle and old aged people,of which the pathogenesis remains unclear so far.The possible factors are genetics factors, environmental factors, abnormal expression of protein, oxidative stress, abnormal metabolism of iron, the ubiquitin-proteasome system and autophagy. In this article the influencing factors based on several aspects mentioned above on the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease in recent years are reviewed.
