Abstract
Through making comprehensive analysis on performance of athletic team of Shandong province participating in 8, 9 and 10th National Games, this paper clearly points out the position and level of Shandong team and puts forward the countermeasures based on current development. The main purpose is to provide the reference for concerned departments to set the developing strategy.
