A Review of Research on Institutional Investors Participating in Corporate Governance——Origin,Mechanism and Effect

This paper analyzes the importance of corporate governance,and the motivation of institutional investors to participate in corporate governance,and systematically reviews the method and effect of institutional investors participating in corporate governance.By comparatively analyzing the domestic and foreign literatures,the lacks of existing research are identified and future research directions are proposed.
