On moving mode of the local government participation in the process of city harmonious community development

Abstract
The article points out that governmental participating in community development is the actual manifestation of social managing function of government as well as practical requirement of unoriginal community construction.But many problems of government participation in community development become a major obstacle that impedes the development of city harmonious community.Therefore,the article points out that the local government give a support to community in organization,policy and finance on the basis of transforming its function and its managing method,and gradually achieve the goal of its participating in community construction—community itself—government and socialization of public management.
