Abstract

The construction of a high-standard logistics laboratory is an important guarantee of logistics talents training,and a significant part of the logistics major.Considering the construction methods,management and some problems worthy of attention.This paper discusses the construction and management of a logistics laboratory.It also focuses on the principle of project cycle for logistics laboratory construction,and laboratory management using information technology,offering a foundation for the cultivation of students' innovative ability.
