Integration of logistics and project management methodologies

This paper proposes an integration of the project- and logistics-based approaches to management, compares the methods of project and logistics management, demonstrates where project management interacts with logistics management, and reviews the decision-making methods in logistics and project management aimed at improving project productivity.
