Discussion on the cultivation mode of high-quality applied talents

Taking National education reform and development of long-term planning programs(2010-2020) as a guide,Lvliang University which is in the period of the specialist education by the transition to undergraduate education,faces some practical problems in the discipline building.The paper analyzes the current status of teaching and research and their application in achieving high-quality talents and proposes that the integration of teaching and research can improve the quality of teaching and teacher stuff and guarantee the cultivation of high-quality applied talents,which is the foundation of building innovative and distinctive universities.
