Influence of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients in department of gastroenterology

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety elimination of patients in department of gastroenterology.Methods 66 cases patients in department of gastroenterology from April 2009 to August 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases in the control group were given usual care,33 cases in treatment group were given targeted nursing intervention,psychological intervention and behavior intervention were include.Then the effects of recovery and anxiety were observed.Results After treatment the incidence of anxiety in the control group was 18.1%,which in the treatment group was 45.4%;after treatment,the HADS score in the control group was(9.32 ± 2.41) points,which in the treatment group was(5.24 ±1.93) points;the effective rate of the control group was 78.7%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%;the rate of patients' satisfaction with nursing care in the control group was 63.6%,which in the treatment group was 96.9%;there were significant difference in these items(P 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients in department of gastroenterology has great benefits for their recovery,which can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
