A Study on the Situation of Career Planning of High School Students——Taking the High Schools in Xuzhou City as an example

With the increasing pressure of employment,career planning of high school students has become a necessity.The survey of high school students’ career planning in Xuzhou city indicates that there exist some differences of career planning,which are closely related to both the schools and the grades where the students are and their majors or gender.It also shows that these students have little knowledge of themselves,career and the society,that they have no clear goals of their career and their majors and have no clear idea of occupation value orientation,and that they lack effectual action and appropriate methods of career planning.
