Abstract
Influences of CLST ceramics slurry performance doped organic matter were investigated.Slurry for tape casting CLST ceramics was prepared using the anhydrous ethanol and DBP Dibutyl Phthalate(volumeratio of 1:3) as mixed solvent, which the wetting capacity of mixed organic solutions on the powders is good. And poly vinyl butyral(PVB),dibutyl phthalate and castor oil were used as binder, plasticizer and dispersant respectively. The effects of solid phase volume fraction and each organic additives amouts on the rheological behaviors of slurry were studied. The results show that the rheological behaviors are well with slurry viscosity of about 3500 mPa·s when w(dispersant) is 0.8 %,w(binder) is 8 %,the solid phase volume fraction is 50 %,and the R(plasticizer : binder) is 0.6.
