Abstract

Objective To determine the susceptibility to several common used insecticide mixture of deltamethrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens,to delay and overcome the occurrence and development of resistance,utilize the insecticides used on public health selectively and control insects.Methods Topical application method was used and finncy probability analyses software was used for LD50 calculation.Results The resistance of Musca domestica to deltamethrin+phoixm,deltamethrin+DDT,deltamethrin+PB+dioxacarb,permethrin+ malathion,permethrin+BMPC+tetramethrin,permethrin+PB+DDT,cypermethrin+BHC,cypermethrin+propoxur,cypermethrin+PB+trichlorphon,resmethrin+phoxim+DDVP,resmethrin+propoxur and resmethrin+PB+BHC were respectively 4.167 9,6.813 7,3.276 8,11.217 0,9.375 0,16.143 0,9.788 8,7.847 6,4.100 2,3.180 0,4.001 0,6.964 9.Conclusion If Musca domestica had resistance to deltamethrin,mixture use of synthetical pyrethroids with organophosphate or carbamate insecticides may provide better control efficacy.
