Abstract

[Objective] To observe the effects of Zhenwu decoction on water sodium retention of rats with nephropathic syndrome induced by adriamycin and explore its mechanism.[Methods] Nephropathec syndrome was induced by intravenous injection of ADR in 40 rats. They were divided into 4 groups:untreated adrimnycin nephropathy group(NS group).Adrimnycin nephropathy group treated by Zhen Wu Decoction(A group),Adriamycin nephropathy group treated by fcxsinopril(F group) and normal control group(NC group).Urine Albumin were measured at the end of every week. The expression of AQP2 protein in the kidney and AVP were measured at the end of the last week.[Results] Compared with the NS group, urine albumin of A group was significantly reduced. The expression of AQP2 protein in the kidney was decreased in A group.Compared with NS group,AVP of A group was significantly reduced.[Conclusion] Zhenwu Decoction may improve the water sodium retention of Adriamycin nephropathy by changing the content of AQP2 and AVP in rats.
