Abstract
The culture conditions for the production of xylanase in solid-state fermentation by Aspergillus niger HYA47 are studied. The results show that the optimal culture conditions are as follows corncob 7 g,wheat bran 3 g,(NH4) 2SO41.0%,NaNO33.0%,water 1.5 mL/g(dry weigh)t,beginning pH 5.5,1.0×106spores per gram medium,at 34 ℃ for 72 h. Under these optimal fermentation conditions, xylanase activity reaches 354.02 U/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
