Abstract

The relative curing speed of modified curing agent is appraised by union state of film coating scoring in geling stage.Through comparing of the relative curing speed, the effects of reaction temperature, raw material proportion, reaction time and rotational speed during synthesis of the modified triethlenetetramine epoxy resin curing agent with sulfourea on the curing results were studied. The results showed that when reaction temperature is 140℃,molar ratio of triethylenetetramine and sulfourea equcals to 1.4:1,rotational speed is 280r/min and reacting time is three hours, the modified curing agent has higher curing activity. This modified curing agent can cure the epoxy resins at -5℃and after 144 hours the hardness of cured coating can be up to 0.939.
