Effect observation of Itraconazole in treatment of pulmonary fungal infection

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Itraconazole for the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection.Methods Totally 61cases of pulmonary infection patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 31 cases.The control group was given Fluconazol,The treatment group was given Itraconazole.Then the clinical data and the treatment course were retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 73.3%,the control group,total effective rate was 51.6%.The difference was statisticully significant(P0.05).Conclusions Itraconazole treating pulmonary fungal infection was safe and effective.
