On the Ethical Relief System of Engineering Immigrants

Abstract

Since reform and opening up,urbanization had proceeded rapidly.However,in its process,there are large numbers of losing land farmers,unemployment and inefficient social security,which has triggered a lot of ethical problems.To strengthen the construction of ethical relief system of urbanization engineering immigrants is to make the system and policy material compensation integrated.This system needs to be fair and impartial,perfecting relief behavioral norm system,promoting the system construction of migrants self development,strengthening the ethical educational system of migrants etc.
