Abstract
The high efficiency of the industrial structure plays an important role in promoting economic development. This paper analyzes the process of three evolutions of the industry value structure and employment structure in Jilin Province since the reform and opening up,measures and analyzes the industrial structure benefit levels of Jilin by using comparative analysis of labor productivity and industrial structure deviation degree analysis,and puts forward policy suggestions for upgrading industry structure benefit.
