The Use of ADR in Water Disputes

Abstract

It is efficient to resolve water disputes by Alterative Dispute Resolutions.In China,ADR is a traditional way to solve water disputes.However,the administrative mediation and the juridical mediation are main ways.The resolution styles and techniques are limited in the area of water disputes.Based on the analysis of these limitations and American advanced research experience,it is found that diversiform ADR should be applied to get more satisfied resolutions.Moreover,many academic questions need to be focused,such as the exact meaning of ADR;the circumstances of the application;the techniques of the application and so on.
